The 29-year-old Niels van Gogh stands already since 1994 behind the Turntables of many clubs and events, as for example to the Nature One Festival, Rave on Snow, to the Energy Festival in Switzerland and the Love parade in Berlin.
From 1997 to 2000 he was Resident DJ in the Augsburg “Pleasure Dome Club“. From beginning of 2000 to 2004 he was resident in the legendary “Poison club” (Düsseldorf). Where he made every Sunday morning the party-crowd the best ending for the weekend.
With his electro house sound he excited the people in whole Europe and the rest of the world, as for example Ireland, Belgium, Holland, Israel, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Thailand, South Africa,…
Also on his South Africa tour in August 1999 about Sun city and Johannesburg was Niels van Gogh the Headliner. Niels played several big festivals in the metropolises around the cape where he holds since his hit "Pulverturm" pop star status.
"Pulverturm" was of the first release of the DJ and producer Niels van Gogh on Kosmo Records. A club-song of the first order, produces together with "Electronic freak" Eniac who also turned with Tom Novy` s productions the regulators.
"Pulverturm" follows his predilection for pulsating sounds and a hypnotically pushing baseline, combined with a vocal which did not leave the auditory ways "Oh no no" any more…
At that time the track could place charts top 100 to themselves as the highest new beginner in the media control charts and penetrate up to place 19. Meanwhile “Pulverturm” is the best solded vinyl single of 1998, gold sold in Belgium and ranked in France, Holland and South Africa in the top 20 of the sales charts. In England "Pulverturm" boarded the English top UK 40. Therefore was sure to him also of the Discomaniac for more than 20.000 sold vinyl records which he let himself hand in 2000 with the German dance Award with pleasure.
In 2003 Niels concluded a contract with the label Media Records. Shortly after, his first single "One Way Out" from his first album was released. The track became in spring 2004 the absolute club-hit. In autumn 2004 published Media Records his second single "Don’t Be Afraid Of Tomorrow". The single hit even stronger than " One Way Out " and could reach place 3 the German dance charts. The result were appearances at MTV, VIVA, Sunshine live and a vast tour.
Then in 2006 after long creating phase and numerous publications and remixes it was time to be published his the second album. The album carried the name "Frequency sound". A new Niels van Gogh was born: mellower, more fashionably, however unmistakeably in the elementary arrangements. The ears spoilt the brilliant electro house productions of Niels, framed in perfect In- and Outros, and inspired the senses. Danceable tracks alternated with chilled grooves and about all a breath of melodic and electronic sounds floated.
In 2007 it came to the reunion of both producers of the first hour: Niels van Gogh and Eniac. They founded the Project Niels van Gogh vs. Eniac and signed an contract at Kosmo Records. As the first single they created a new version of her cult-hit “Pulverturm”. "Pulverturm 2.0" excelled all expectations and went directly on place no.1 at the German dance charts, as well as the Swiss dance charts.
Especially of the Remix of Eric Samx and Thomas Gold rocks at the moment every club. Also in the download charts from “Ministry of sound” and “beatbort.com” Niels van Gogh and Eniacs "Pulverurm 2.0" take the top 10. Kosmo Records has already concluded some deals with foreign labels among other things in France, Belgium, Holland, South Africa, Spain, Czech / Slovakia...

Der 29 jährige Augsburger Niels van Gogh steht schon seit 1994 an den Turntables sämtlicher Clubs und Events wie z.B. dem Nature One Festival, Rave on Snaw dem Energy Festival in der Schweiz und der Love Parade in Berlin.
Von 1997 bis 2000 war er Resident DJ im Augsburger Pleasure Dome Club. Von Anfang 2000 bis 2004 war er Resident im legendären Poison Club in Düsseldorf. Wo er Sonntag morgens immer den Club zu kochen brachte.
Mit seinem Electro House Sound begeistert er in ganz Europa und dem Rest der Welt, wie z.B. Irland, Belgien, Holland, Israel, Spanien, Polen, Ungarn, Italien, Tailand, Südafrika... etc..
Auch auf der im August 1999 durchgeführten Südafrika Tour über Sun City und Johannesburg war Niels van Gogh der Headliner. Niels spielte mehrere große Festivals in den Metropolen am Kap, wo er seit dem Smash Hit "Pulverturm" Pop Star Status inne hat.
"Pulverturm" war der erste Release des DJs und Produzenten Niels van Gogh auf Kosmo Records. Ein Club Teil erster Güte, produziert zusammen mit „Electronic Freak“ Eniac, der auch bei Tom Novy`s Produktionen an den Reglern drehte. "Pulverturm" folgt seiner Vorliebe für pulsierende Sounds und einer hypnotisch pushenden Baseline, gepaart mit einem Vocal, das die Gehörgänge "Oh no no" nicht mehr verließ....
Der Track konnte sich damals als höchster Neueinsteiger in den Media Control Charts Top 100 platzieren und bis auf Platz 19 vordringen. Mittlerweile ist Pulverturm" die bestverkaufte Vinylsingle des Jahres 1998, verkaufte Gold in Belgien und rangierte in Frankreich, Holland und Südafrika in den Top 20 der Verkaufscharts. In England enterte "Pulverturm" die englischen UK Top 40.
Somit war ihm auch der Discomaniac für über 20.000 verkaufte Vinyl-Platten sicher, den er sich im Jahr 2000 beim German Dance Award gerne überreichen ließ.
2003 schloss Niels einen Vertrag mit dem Label Media Records ab. Kurz darauf wurde seine erste Single „One Way Out“ aus seinem ersten Album veröffentlicht. Der Track wurde im Frühjahr 2004 zum absoluten Clubburner. Im Herbst 2004 veröffentlichte Media Records seine zweite Single „Don`t Be Afraid Of Tomorrow“. Die Single schlug noch stärker ein als „One Way Out“ und konnte Platz 3 der Deutschen Dance Charts erreichen. Auftritte bei MTV, VIVA, Sunshine Live und eine ausgedehnte Tour waren die Folge. Nach intensiver Arbeit an seinen neuen Produktionen, kam dann sein erstes Album mit dem Namen „No Way Out“ auf den Markt, das nicht nur seine Fans in Verzückung versetzte. Der mittlerweile zum Klassiker gereifte Welthit „Pulverturm“ war ebenfalls mit an Bord und spannte somit den Bogen von der Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart.
2006 nach langer Schaffensphase und zahlreichen Veröffentlichungen und Remixen war es dann an der Zeit sein zweites Album zu veröffentlichen. Das Album trug den Namen „Frequenzklang“.
Ein neuer Niels van Gogh war geboren: reifer, moderner, stylischer, jedoch unverkennbar in den elementaren Arrangements. Die genialen Electro House Produktionen von Niels, eingerahmt in ein perfektes In- und Outro, verwöhnten die Ohren und begeisterten die Sinne. Tanzbare Tracks wechselten sich mit chilligen Grooves ab und über allem schwebte ein Hauch von melodischen und elektronischen Sounds.
2007 kam es zur Wiedervereinigung der beiden Produzenten der ersten Stunde: Niels van Gogh und Eniac. Sie gründeten das Project Niels van Gogh vs. Eniac und unterschrieben einen Vertag bei Kosmo Records. Als erste Single wurde eine neue Version ihres Kulthits Pulverturm veröffentlicht. „Pulverturm 2.0“ übertraf alle Erwartungen und ging direkt auf Platz 1 der Deutschen Dance Charts, als auch der Swiss Dance Charts. Besonders der Remix von Eric Samx & Thomas Gold rockt momentan jeden Club. Auch in den Download Charts bei Ministry of Sound und beatbort.com besetzen Niels van Gogh und Eniac mit „Pulverturm 2.0“ die Top 10. Kosmo Records hat schon einige Deals mit ausländischen Labels abgeschlossen u.a. in Frankreich, Belgein, Holland, Südafrika, Spanien, Tschechien/Slovakei . . .
Die Zeichen stehen sehr gut und wir sind gespannt was wir von den beiden noch so alles zu hören bekommen…
